Job Title: Marketing Associate - We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Marketing Associate to join our dynamic insurance agency team. As a Marketing Associate, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base by reaching out to potential customers via telephone and promoting our insurance products and services over multiple platforms. Your goal will be to generate leads, set appointments, and contribute to the growth and success of our agency. 

 

Responsibilities:

1.       Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads and databases. 

2.       Product Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of our insurance products and services to effectively communicate benefits and features to prospects. 

3.       Customer Engagement: Engage prospects in meaningful conversations, build rapport, and identify their insurance needs and preferences. 

4.       Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads, document customer information accurately, and schedule follow-up appointments for our agents. 

5.       Script Adherence: Follow scripted dialogues while also being able to adapt and respond to customer questions and objections. 

6.       Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for our insurance agents with interested and qualified prospects. 

7.       Record Keeping: Maintain detailed and organized records of calls, leads, and appointments.

8.       Sales Support: Assist the sales team by providing them with warm leads and important client information. 

9.       Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly quotas for lead generation and appointment setting. 

10.   Social media: maintain and posting pre-approved social media post 

11.   Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques through ongoing training and professional development. 

 

Qualifications: 

1.       Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. 

2.       Excellent listening skills and the ability to address customer concerns effectively. 

3.       Resilience and persistence in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. 

4.       Proficiency basic computer skills. 

5.       Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a strong work ethic. 

6.       Insurance industry knowledge is a bonus but not required (training will be provided). 

7.       Previous experience in telemarketing or call center roles is advantageous.
